the kenya uganda railway otherwse known as the lunatic express (kilindini-kisumu) was done in 5yrs btwn 1896-1901.. My friends btwn then n now inclusive 48 yrs of independence not a single inch of rail has bn added.... And now a bugger who has served in one or all the govt govts since independence is promising a new thing... Come on pple
